Payment

Orders are paid online by card at checkout.

How it works

You place the order, go to the secure payment page and pay by card. Card details are entered on the payment system's side — we neither see nor store them.

If the payment fails

The order stays in the system, the items aren't taken off stock, and you can retry the payment. An order is shipped only after the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

If an item turns out to be out of stock after payment, we'll contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
